I am looking for a book that is not on the website, can you help?
We sure can (or can try at the very least)! If you’re looking for a specific book that is not available in the store you can contact us. We’re always happy to see if we can find a specific book for you.
I have questions about the condition of a book.
The condition of the books are described on the product page. We aim to be very thorough and fair in describing our books, so that you can trust that the provided information is correct and know what you can expect when receiving your book. I have a problem with my order, or the package arrived damaged.
If you have any problems with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. In case of a damaged delivery please reach out to us as soon as possible with a few photographs of the damaged package as we can only file for claims with the courier within 14 days.
Do you also publish books?
We are not doing any publishing at this time.

SHIPPING & RETURNS
What does shipping cost?The cost for shipping your order depends on the weight of the book(s) you order and the location it needs to be sent. You can calculate the shipping for your order during checkout.
How long does shipping take?
We ship on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Domestic orders are shipped with PostNL and will be delivered in 1-2 days after shipping. Most international orders are shipped with UPS and approximately take 2-4 days within Europe and 4-7 days outside of Europe. For some regions/countries UPS doesn't offer suitable rates, resulting in shipping times up to 3 weeks with PostNL & your countries national postal service.
How are the books packaged?
All books are wrapped in bubble-wrap and packed in a book specific shipping box with extra paper padding if necessary. In our experience this method of packing has proven to be very reliable.
Returns
In accordance with European Law we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipment responsibility
As we are responsible for sending the package to you, you are responsible for sending return shipments back to us. That means you are responsible for item and the cost of the return shipment. In some cases we provide a return shipping label, after which the cost for this label will be deducted from the refund if approved. If you choose to send it yourself, you are responsible for any issues during shipment. In this case we recommend using a courier that offers tracked shipments and marking it clearly as a return, to avoid any customs fees. We are not responsible for any damage to the item during return shipping.
Address & billing details
The customer is responsible for providing us with accurate address / billing details. If problems arise with a shipment because we’ve received a wrong address from a customer we will do all that we can to help, but cannot be held responsible for extra shipping costs if the package has to be re-sent.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. To be approved the item has to be in it's original packaging and in it's original condition. If the condition of the item is different from when it was sent, we are not obligated to issue a refund. In this case we can ship the item back to you at your expense or depending on the situation issue a partial refund.
